1 - Service Scope
Drover provides managed AI-powered outbound lead generation services, including ICP research, lead sourcing, signal vetting, email infrastructure setup, campaign management, and portal access. Specific deliverables are defined in each client's service agreement.
2 - Service Terms
All engagements require a signed agreement with a 3-month minimum commitment. Campaign scope, volume, and deliverables are outlined at onboarding. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect pricing.
3 - Data Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their business data, CRM exports, and campaign results. Drover retains rights to aggregated, anonymized performance data for internal benchmarking. Lead lists sourced by Drover on your behalf are licensed for your use during the engagement.
4 - Payment Structure
Monthly fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may result in campaign pausing. Additional services (extra domains, increased volume) are billed separately.
5 - Communication & Reporting
Clients receive portal access with real-time campaign visibility. Strategy check-ins are scheduled based on your plan tier. Response time for support requests is within one business day.
6 - Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, campaign strategies, and business information. Lead lists and campaign data are never shared across clients. NDAs are available upon request.
7 - Termination Rights
Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Early termination within the minimum period is subject to the remaining balance. Clients retain access to export their data for 30 days after termination.
8 - Liability
Outbound campaigns are influenced by market conditions, deliverability factors, and prospect behavior. Drover does not guarantee specific reply rates or conversion outcomes. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the current billing period. We operate under U.S. law, State of [your state].
